Unbeatable position, immaculate room, approachable staff.

Original and perfectly clean shopping hotel. Top-notch and reasonably priced room, great bed. The exceptionally accommodating staff. I liked having hot waffles, grits and sausages as a choice for the continental breakfast.

Facilities were great, even so Wi-Fi was very spotty.

my experience at this quaint hotel was really great. staff were outstandingly accommodating, wi-fi was very good, and i truly enjoyed its awesome location next to the stadium and most restaurants. i had an exceptionally comfortable bed and big size bathroom, perfect room.

Very pleasant stay in a very elegant hotel. It was clean place, staff were awesome, and I thoroughly enjoyed my warm room. Central location in old Union train station. Quick check-in, late check-out.

Ideal location and the hotel is fairly clean. Liked this property because the staff were eager to help. Lots of outstanding food for meals.

Every detail was terrific, especially location and staff. The room had central heating, a writing desk and an electronic key card plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. All in all everything was perfectly fine, nonetheless we had really small bathroom.

Delightful staff, luxury and welcoming rooms. A nice size suite and fine bed. Exceptionally good bagged breakfast with fresh meals. Good reception. Excellent drinks, free wifi were a nice surprise.

Would recommend the hotel. Came in Indianapolis to relax and have fun, this venue was useful base for doing it. Give kudos to driver. Appreciated the queen room and the way it was setup. Location is in the middle of the city.
